Return Policy

1. General Policy

KAF facilitates returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. All returns must comply with these terms:

Key Conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective/damaged product

  • Expired goods

  • Significant mismatch from product description

❌ Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Buyer changed mind

  • Minor packaging damage (product intact)

  • Perishable goods (unless spoiled)

  • Custom-made products

    Return Process & Timelines

    For Buyers (Restaurants):

    1️⃣ Report Within 24 Hours

    • Submit return request via KAF app/website with:

      • Photos/videos of defect

      • Order number

      • Detailed reason

    2️⃣ Seller Response (24 Hours)

    • Seller must approve/reject with justification

    3️⃣ Return Shipping

    • Buyer returns item (seller covers cost if their error)

    4️⃣ Refund Issued (3 Business Days)

    • Full refund for approved claims

    • KAF credit or original payment method

    For Sellers:

    • Must respond to requests within 24 hours

    • Provide return shipping label if at fault

    • Refund processed after receiving returned goods
